Would you like to support us as a volunteer?
To bring the Kulturpass closer to people in their everyday lives, Cultur’all would like to develop a network of volunteers in different regions of Luxembourg.

This does not necessarily mean committing every week. Depending on your availability, you can join us occasionally for an event, support us at an information stand, or get involved more regularly as a local Kulturpass contact in your region.

We are looking for volunteers for three types of activities.

1. Raising awareness of the Kulturpass among different audiences

Throughout the year, Cultur’all takes part in fairs, information days, community gatherings and other events to raise awareness of the Kulturpass.

At our stands, volunteers support a member of our team by engaging with visitors, introducing the Kulturpass in a simple and accessible way, and explaining who it is for and what it offers. They can also distribute information materials, answer initial questions and refer people to our team when a request requires more in-depth support.

The purpose of this role: to reach different audiences, raise awareness of the Kulturpass and help people who are not yet familiar with it discover the cultural opportunities available to them.

2. Supporting us at events for Kulturpass beneficiaries

Cultur’all occasionally organises events where Kulturpass beneficiaries, particularly families, can enjoy a cultural experience together.

At these events, we need volunteers to support our team on site: welcoming participants, showing them where to go, making sure everyone can easily find their way or their seat, answering practical questions and helping the event run smoothly.

One concrete example is our family cinema screening on 12 December at Kinepolis, where welcoming participants begins at 8 a.m.

The purpose of this role: to help create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and enable families to fully enjoy a cultural outing.

3. Becoming a local Kulturpass contact in your region

We would also like to gradually develop a network of regional volunteers who can run Kulturpass drop-in sessions.

A drop-in session is an open information and support session held in an easily accessible location, where anyone can come without an appointment to ask questions about the Kulturpass. Volunteers can explain how it works, help people understand the different opportunities it offers, suggest cultural activities in the region and refer people to Cultur’all whenever additional support is needed.

Volunteers who would like to take on this role will receive training and preparation from our team so that they have all the information they need.

The purpose of this role: to bring the Kulturpass closer to people, make information easier to access and create local points of contact in different regions of Luxembourg.
