Would you like to join the Kulturpass project as a social or cultural partner? Here’s how to proceed:
For social partners
Be a non-profit organisation (non-profit association, social service, shelter, etc.) committed to combating social exclusion, whether in terms of isolation, financial insecurity or lack of vocational training.
Contact Cultur’all a.s.b.l. to discuss the terms of the partnership (public awareness, information sharing, etc.).
Cultur’all a.s.b.l. can grant a Kulturpass associatif to partner social institutions.
How does it work?
- The terms and conditions (number of participants, accompanying persons, timetables, etc.) are defined by mutual agreement between the cultural institution and the social institution.
- At each event, the group leader presents the Kulturpass associatif at the ticket office.
- Guided tours can be organised if the social institution contacts the relevant cultural department in advance.
For cultural partners
Be a cultural organisation (museum, theatre, concert hall, cultural centre, festival, etc.).
Offer reduced-price tickets (€1.50) or free admission to Kulturpass holders and promote the Kulturpass and its €1.50 price in your communications.
Contact Cultur’all a.s.b.l. to formalise the partnership and benefit from the association’s support for promotion and cultural mediation.

All you have to do is:
On the cultural side: open your events to Kulturpass holders so that everyone can enjoy your cultural offerings.
Socially: inform residents about the Kulturpass via your social services and help them fill in the application form so that they can obtain their Kulturpass.
As a local authority, you play a dual role – that of cultural and social partner – which is essential for community life and the integration of all residents.
